Galaxy Apparel Industry Ltd. co. was established in the year of 2005, in Al-Hassan Industrial Estate, the world’s first qualifying Industrial Zone (QIZ), at AR-Ramtha, very near to Irbid city, in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Initially, it had started with very small scale by Mohammad Nur Alam, President and CEO of

OUR PRODUCTS, PRODUCTION & QUALITY PROCESS:

Products: We Galaxy Apparel Industry is producing top quality of Garments both tops and bottoms for men, women & kids with variety of work-wear, outer wear, active wear etc. by Knit and Woven both. Galaxy Apparel Industry produces Garments required by our valued customer, strictly following the specification and delivery date of our clients.

Production & Quality Process: Our Production team arranged and organized scientifically advanced equipment, technique & manpower to achieve higher production with standard quality. While having conformation of a specific bulk order with shipment approval date, we find out the fabric, raw materials and trim arrival date and make an action plan. After that we communicate to all related person to make their individual departmental plan. Production instruction files are communicated to each and everybody related to production process. There is a daily monitoring process to identify production is going per plan or not. If somehow it is not with same steps than strategic plan will take place.

We have several inline, end line and finishing quality assurance process to ensure of quality garments. We have separate quality control standard which is 1.5% for finished garments. Without this we are following 1.5, 2.5 or 4 quality control standards to comply with internationally established Accepted Quality Levels. Mandatorily 10% of fabric and raw materials will inspected before issuing to line for operation. 100% of finished garments are inspected before packing to ensure zero defects packing. Now we are introducing TQM to ensure 100% quality of our Products to achieve client’s satisfaction.

Production progress is reporting to client to avoid any kind of delay or to get extension if required for unavoidable reasons. Finally, we are offing external inspection i meaningfully satisfactory. Shipping plan is taking place per pass report by internal and external audit.

  • Compensation and Benefits: The minimum compensation required by local law, including mandated wages, overtime, additional all allowances, benefits instructed by law is paying to our valued worker without any delay.
  • Hours of Work: Galaxy Apparel Industry ensures the working hour of each day and the days worked each week do not exceed the legal maximum limit. One day off is allowed in every seven days, except if there in any top most emergency shipment pressure. In Such case Galaxy is providing alternative holiday or additional holiday compensation to the worker.
  • No Forced labor: Galaxy Apparel Industry is not compromising to basic human rights. We will never accept any kind of forced or involuntary labor at any form.   • Accommodation: We Galaxy Apparel Industry have separate accommodation for men and women worker very close to the factory. All rooms are very spacious and tidy. We follow the health ministry latest requirement. There are sufficient wash rooms and toilets. There is sufficient water supply per seasonal demand. Safe and sufficient electric supply is available. Fire alarm with firefighting equipment is also available. First aid kits with full ingredient are available at every floor of the dorm.

FOOD FACILITY AT STANDARD STUDIO CAFETERIA:

  • We have well organized, fully equipped cafeteria located at in between factory and dorm. Our all employees including staff having their meals at our cafeteria. Very experienced Bangladeshi, Indian, Sri-Lankan cook preparing food for our valued employees. We are proving three meals from our cafeteria for all without any discrimination. All employees are happy enough to have our food facility.

SOCIAL SECURITY:

THE SOCIAL SECURITY SET UP IS MANAGED BY THE SOCIAL SECURITY CORPORATION UNDER JORDAN MINISTRY OF LABOR THAT ENSURE EMPLOYEES INSURANCE COVERAGE IS IF THERE IS ANY UNFORESEEN MISHAPS, INCLUDING OLD AGE, DISABILITY, DEATH, INJURIES, UNEMPLOYMENT AND IN MATERNITY NEEDS.

ENTERTAINMENT FACILITIES:

We are providing several entertainment facilities to our worker to be engaged after their working hour or in holidays. We arrange cultural program every year twice at Bangla Novo Borso (1st day of Bangla New Year) and1st day of English New Year. We are arranging annual picnic every year once. Without this we have big celebration at Eidul-Fitar and Eidul Adha.

  • Compensation and Benefits: The minimum compensation required by local law, including mandate wages, overtime, additional all allowances, benefits instructed by law is paying to our valued worker without any delay.
  • Hours of Work: Afnan Apparel Industry Ltd. ensures the working hour of each day and the days worked each week do not exceed the legal maximum limit. One day off is allowed in every seven days, except if there in any top most emergency shipment pressure. In such case, Afnan is providing alternative holiday or additional holiday compensation to the worker.
